Fake Website / Scam
"This is a fake website. Paid for an item with expedited shipping. Never received the item. Yourlamode has not responded to any of my emails. Will be reporting this website as fraud."

Absolute scam..these people need to be prosecuted
"Paid for two items and paid extra for fast shipping. Not only hasnt my item arrived but they have conveniently stopped responding to every e mail i send them. They were responding straight away before i bought anything...the minute i buy something and ask for an update on where my item is....nothing...no response...
These people are a SCAM, please for the love of god DONT buy anything off them. They STEAL off people. Horrible horrible horrible. I have never experienced anything like this. I suspect most of these "good reviews" are fake written by the website themselves in order to trick more people into falling for their scam.

Horrible Customer Service
"Horrible communication and customer service
I saw this item on Yandy. It was sold out. Desperate to find this item, I googled it, and this site came up. I was delighted to see that there was a 110% price match. To make sure I'd get the price match, I emailed a customer service representative ahead of time with a screenshot and link. Jon, the representative, said that I would receive the price match so i went ahead and ordered the matching set and resent the links, screenshots, and proof of purchase. The next day, I received shipping confirmation (without tracking info). On February 27th, I got an email asking me to rate this item. Unfortunately, at the time, I still haven't received my package. I returned to the website to see how I could track my package. The information provided stated that the tracking info would be included in the shipping confirmation email. My email was a plain email stating that my things were shipped. That's it. Concerned, I inquired about receiving a refund of the difference from the price match and my tracking information. Finally, on March 2, I got a plain email stating that my entire order was refunded. No reasons were stated and there was no update on any tracking info. I would have preferred open communication. If I didn't qualify for the price match, they should have told me that instead of making false promises. Also, I don't like the fact that no explanations were provided to me when I asked about tracking my order and when my entire order was canceled and refunded without my consent. If I had not inquired about the status of my order, would I still be wondering why money was taken from my account for an order that never shipped? I will stick to shopping at Yandy. I am highly disappointed and WILL NOT be ordering from here again!"

"A pair of pants I purchased & received had a large decal sticker on them, when I pulled it off to wear the pants it took off the decorative details from the pants. When I informed LaMode about it, they did nothing... they didn't even respond to my email & photograph of the damaged pants they sent me."
