"Never buy anything from this crooked company!
Bought a camera from http://www.yoursourcedirect.com in February. It was described as new on their website. It arrived as a camera that had been used. The camera photo sequence was already at number 5. Camera's focus was out of range so it was defective. The box was opened and torn.
Contacted the Help Desk. That guy Patrick refused to provide a credit. After I threatened to have my credit card company take the charge off, he denied the camera was defective and would charge me 15% restocking fee plus shipping cost.
I sent the camera back demanding a full refund.
Sure enough, he still only issued a partial credit, charging me 15% restocking fee plus shipping cost.
So now my credit card company is taking the whole charge off for me."
