""HELL NO!!"...Do not order,buy,anything from this company!!! Placed a order,they charged me twice!!! as of 11/17/2012 i have received "NOTHING!". When you call them you get a guy on a answering machine,if you do decide to leave a message,they don't call you back!! I had a hell of a time with my bank to Investigate this company."

"Beware buyers !!!! DO NOT under any circumstances buy from this seller. They will not send your order in a timely fashion. They will ignore your emails and phone calls. If you do manage to get a response and they eventually send your item, something will be wrong with it. Then you will struggle to get your money back. I placed an order on 2/2/12, they eventually shipped the item 30 days later after I gave up, putting my bank account into arrears. When the item came it was incomplete, I couldn't even use it. I filed a claim with Paypal, hopefully I will get my money back on 3/26/12. 2 months later. This is the worst service I have ever had in over 10 years of shopping online."

"No Product, No Communication, No Anything.
I'm only writing this review in the hopes to save others the frustration of my experience. The website is a "the lights are on, but nobody's home" type thing. Yssmart.com will take your money and confirm your order, but at least in my situation, you will receive nothing else. No product, no communication, and ultimately have to complain to PayPal.
Of course I understand that things could have slipped through the cracks, but after exploring two avenues of resolution, still not a word from this "company"."
