"I ordered an ilive on the 13th of December. It is now Jan.7th and it still hasn't been shipped and my email hasn't been answered. I would not recommend anyone else buy anything from this store."

"Ordered an Atlantic 100-disc cd drum on 12/27/08 and got an email on 1/4/09 advising the order had "failed". The email indicated a "refund" of $26.34, and that the "Authorization/Charge (was) performed by Infopia". As with other posters here, phone calls were answered only "The person you are calling for is unavailable -- please leave a message after the tone". Made 2 or 3 calls and got no response. Responses to my emails were simply "I show that this order was canceled and refunded." But my bank account did not show any refund. When I found this site, and others, and saw the pattern of negative reviews I became concerned. I sent Z9 Electronics a nasty gram or two, and I called Infopia Inc. on 1/6/09 (because they were also listed at the bottom of Z9 Electronics website. A woman answered at Infopia, and I told my tale, and that I feared I had been scammed. The woman called me back a few minutes later to say they did not process payments for Z9 Electronics (?). I told her I didn't think they'd want their name on the same page with Z9. Three hours later, I got an email from Z9 saying "We are not scamming anyone. A refund takes 2-5 business days to show on your end. False accusations are not needed." Today, 1/7/09, the full refund appeared on my bank account. I think I got lucky and pushed the right buttons, or I'd have been out my money like some other Z9 customers have reported. I don't recommend doing business with Z9 Electronics. P.S. Eight "Very Satisfied" reviews dated 10/17/08 -- go figure."

"i also had to wait three month to receive my item. I send ,i don't know how many mails ,asking when i could expect my (through Ebay) bought Canon flashunit . Everytime i got the same answer: ship again ?. reship ? Not there yet. I kept on sending mails and in the end i received the flashunit. My advise : keep on mailing to Z9! with kind regards , Martin (The Netherlands)"

"My order should have been a very simple order to fill, a battery charger for a Canon 30D and two 511 batteries. Paid for on the 12th, USPS notive on the 14th, recieved the batteries on the 30th, you notice I said batteries? No Charger....Hmmmm....I was assured by the company on the 20th that they would take care of the missing order, again on the 24th, again on the 28th...When I finally sent them a notice that I had recieved the batteries, they finally after three requests to refund the payment for the battery charger. I would not do business with this company ever again, no matter how "good" the deal...Ohhhh...And what should I charge the batteries with??? My magnetic personality.....I guess so..."

"After 25 days of ordering an in-stock item, I am still waiting. After 15 days of being told that my order had shipped, I am still waiting. I have tried to contact them since then, and have gotten no reply. Spending my money here was a mistake... this is certainly not how I thought I was going to be treated as a veteran of the Iraq war(occupation)."

"The shipment took 3 weeks to arrive, and my email inquiries to Z9 were returned, but not promptly. The day after the shipment arrived, Z9 emailed to say they had reshipped the order. I was pleased that they were willing to rectify the situation, but the item was a gift, so it made for an awkward situation."

"Never got my item, first one was broken and company said they would ship another and that I return the first one as I did. They never sent my replacement and will not answer any of my emails. DO NOT DEAL WITH. I was sent the first broken product and UPS charged me for extra shipping (COD), I've paid $65 just in shipping charges now and they have the joystick (broken one) and my money. I have receipts of all items paid, even the RMA number but nothing to show for it. They refuse to answer any emails. This place is a scam STAY FAR AWAY! UPDATE (11/17/08): Thought I'd give it another go and emailed again on the 10th of Nov. I received a reply (shocked!) saying it was already shipped and that I didn't receive it yet? Replied back with no never did get it, could I get the tracking number of it to check if it got lost or is in transit. I was sent the tracking number on the 12th and it was shipped Nov 10th hehe. I did get my item today though, I was also returned my shipping cost (this was to cover the cod from UPS), so I now paid $45 for shipping instead of $65 for the item alone. Just have to keep sending those emails and I think you will get your item eventually. Its sad because this looked like a great store for electronic items and I wanted to buy more when I first saw it. I didn't get a response of why it was never shipped, though I didn't directly ask after I saw it was shipped same day. I wish everyone here some luck and hope you get your item as per purchase, if not your money back."
