"BUYER BEWARE FROM ZEPHYR PAINTBALL
There are a ton of sites out there with complaints of damage items, and or missing items from there order only to face rude, and un-trained customer service reps.
I order 200 worth the items, only to receive another customers 10 dollar grips. I called there customer service with hopes of getting the correct items, only to get rude, and promisses that we never kept.
So as of now, i dont have my items, there customer service team never calls me back, and i dont have a refund.

"My son ordered a low pressure tank and spent $150 of his own money to get it. When it arrived it was dented on the top where it seals to the gun and the gage was foggy. Zephyr initially said I had to deal with the manufacturer to get it repaired--I bought from Zephyr-they should do right by their customers"

"I normally order from another paintball website (I don't know if I can mention it but it's abbreviated AVI). However, the stuff I wanted wasn't in stock so I tried Zehpyr since they have a good reputation on paintball forums. They had everything I wanted so I put in an order early in the morning using Google Checkout. Google Checkout and Zephyr did a good job keeping me up to date on my order status. The items were shipped the same day as promised and everything eventually arrived as described.
My complaints:
I had bought enough to qualify for "free" shipping. However, they charged a $4.50 handling fee for any order $75. I think this is ridiculous, I have never been charged a handling fee for an order with "free shipping" and I have used free shipping at many other websites (not just paintball sites). It's not really "free" shipping if they're going to charge an additional handling fee. When I got my items, many had Zephyr's stickers stuck on them. I don't want to support their website while playing so I had to spend time removing the decorative stickers. They also included stickers that weren't stuck on anything. Those are okay, but I would just prefer not to have stickers already plastered over products I order.
In conclusion, they're an okay website, I got what I ordered in a timely manner. I just don't like their additional handling fee and the stickers on the products. I'd probably only order from them again if my 1st and 2nd choice in paintball websites didn't have what I wanted."
