"The order started out well--they had good service on the front end. However, the system is trouble-prone, came with defective parts, and the RMA process has been tedious. Their configuration, supposedly for hard-core gamers, doens't support intense #d applications (like games)--their high end VGA card overheats. All in all, very disappointing--not a good company."

"I was simply browsing the internet for a great deal on a computer system that met my desires when i came across zeuspc.com. While looking over the selections i really was pleased with the quality of the site and items available. The customer service really took me by surprise when i e-mail them and within minutes i recieved a response. And most importantly they knew who i was just by my e-mail address and i didnt have to list all the same information listed during account setup. Shipping was quicker than i exspected and free at the time. I recommend any one looking for a pc that has specificly what you want to try the site."

"An excellent purchase overall, highly recommended though I do have two minor complaints. For some reason, under the hardware configuration, it lists my graphics card under PCI slot 1, even though its an AGP card. The other complain is this, they need to do a more thorough scan of their own system, as the system they shipped me came with the blaster worm and welchia virus."

"I was shopping for a video adapter using the latest NVidia GeForceFX 5900 Ultra GPU and found a good deal at ZeusPC. When I placed my ordered, I selected over-night shipping. When I received my email confirmation, I went to check the status of my order at the website and found the item was backordered. I was a bit miffed and cancelled my ordered and looked for another reseller. However, the customer service folks at ZeusPC while confirming my cancellation took the additional step of offering to have the manufacturer directly ship my order overnight if I would change my mind. This was great and I took up the offer and they delivered as promised. The price was the same and I had the card the next day. The card is now installed and working great in my system the day it arrived. Excellent customer service."
