"This is a fraud company. They take your money and if you are lucky will deliver something else. There is a lady customer care (09341338863) who yells at you if you ever dare to enquire the status of your order and hangs up the phone. I lost my money and reputation. Now cursing myself that why I didn't check the feedbacks about thius site."

"pathetic service ...delivered incomplete package....and that too not on doorstep....the birthday boy had to go to the vendor to collect it.the customer care women yells and shouts unnecessarily. DON'T EVER USE THEIR SERVICE ... u will end up highly angry, agitated and disappointed."

"SCAM!!! Paid for midnight delivery, but reached the day after. I tried calling them around 12:15 am to check on the status....no one picks up the phone. On their webiste they write they are available 24/7! Called them in the morning and I am told that they will check with the vendor!? They say they will send a smal greeting card....but all my mom got was a print out with my wishes on it.
The website is a total sham and so is their bussiness! They are not even based in Mumbai...my credit card bill shows ahmedabadflowers.com and they probably are based in Ahmedabad, since a few times I was calling heir number I got a typical phone company message that line is not working in Gujarati!!
They told me that they will refund the charge for the midnight delivery...stil waiting for it after 4 days."

"Atrocious customer care.. She hangs up on you yells at you and lies through her teeth about the connection dropping. Its the worst customer care I have ever encountered. Bad idea to order from this site. The delivery will be late if it even arrives i.e and will not be satisfactory. DO NOT ORDER GIFTS/FLOWERS FROM AMCHIEMUMBAI.com I was crazy to not look up the reviews I now find about 30 odd similar complaints. I want to actually lodge a police complaint against these people for their reckless rude unprofessional attitude and very bad customer satisfaction quotient. Fraudulent when completely when it states delivery on the same day. DONOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!!"
