"As mentioned in the above comments, many telephone calls for a smart maintenance appointment led to being very highly frustrated. A number of times, we were told that a Supervisor would contact us, but never did. On the fourth telephone call (Thursday, July 9, 2020 at 12:10 pm), we were transferred to Cancellation Department. Then the Cancellation Department transferred us to Denise. At this time, we finally had our smart maintenance service resolved. Denise scheduled us for a smart maintenance service. We are truly grateful and appreciative for Denise's understanding that this was our breaking point. We are very pleased to continue being long time BGE Home customers over for over 28 years. We truly believe that Denise is an extraordinary employee."
