"I PLACED AN ORDER FOR WINDOW VISORS FOR MY TRUCK. WHEN THE ORDER CAME IT WAS ONLY THE FRONT VISOR AND I HAVE 4 DOORS. "Let me start with the good. Their parts are much cheaper than other online and brick-and-mortar stores. Customer service is easily accessible via chat or phone. They offer refunds for defective parts or parts you no longer need.
The bad is that I received two defective parts. I didn't have to return them and they just automatically refunded me the money which is great! The parts that I didn't need I had to pay for return shipping and provide a tracking number. If you don't get a tracking number, you will have to continually followup to see when they received your item.
All in all, I'll probably continue to purchase parts from here but you are taking a slight risk."
"The auto part was different than the OE version. I cannot fit the headlight assembly far enough back so that the beauty ring fits properly. The headlight sticks out farther than the other one."
