Shady business practices
"Just wanted to inform the group of what I believe was horrible business and questionable ethics about what @cyclegear did to me. I purchased a Bell helmet from @cyclegear in Hiram, GA. I’ll be happy to share the receipt number 31323. I like this helmet a lot because of the looks but my head shape was between a large and a medium so I went with what the guy working there told me I should probably go with. Ok, fine. I get home get on my bike and I live right beside the highway and within the first five minutes of having it on when cars/trucks would pass by the helmet wanted to lift straight up and swing sideways blinding me from the mouthpiece and yes I had it strapped down very tightly. So I turned around and went home and took it off because that was just dangerous. So I bagged it back up because I had it on for like 5 minutes with absolutely no damage but they won’t take back a $432 helmet or exchange what I was talked into in the first place and I’ll never wear again. I just think that is a shady thing to do and not even caring how dangerous this helmet they helped me pick out is. Sad thing is I had purchased a lot of other things in that Hiram store and it seemed like a cool place but when it came to my safety they literally didn’t care."

Summer Time Ramp Up
"My grandson needed to renew/replace some of his Dirt bike gear for the coming year so we went to Cycle Gear. There were four employees there and everyone of them had a great attitude and were very helpful in assisting him make a selection. Not pushy and not silent either. They new where the items we needed were displayed and pointed out the ones he needed, not just handing him the most expensive one on the shelf. The entire experience was very satisfying."
