Had to call the store multiple times after the tires arrived and each time got the same answer “unless you get the email from cycle gear saying they’ve arrived, we haven’t gotten to them yet”. Needless to say 5 days AFTER THEY ARRIVED to the cycle gear location, the staff still had a hard time locating them. Very disappointed. If I were relying on cycle gear to get ready for a track day-or even to use the tires for my motorcycle as being transportation to work I would be SCREWED. In total it took 10 days from the day I ordered, until the day I picked up the tires. I could’ve saved so much time and money if I would’ve just purchased them through eBay or anywhere else. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED."

"Not sure how explain it by typing it. Should have been there kinda moment. Our sales guy was knowledgeable about fitting the helmet. But was definitely motivated to upsale everything. Not sure if he was nervous or he was on something. Very jumpy and hyper. He knew almost nothing about the communication system I wanted or how to install it. He asked the 2 younger sales guys for help, totally fine. But they were very busy on their phones or revving up the bike parked on the sidewalk out front. Spent over $600 on a helmet and com system. And we felt exhausted by the entire experience. We drove over an hour to get there, and won't be in a rush to go back"
"Did purchase a shoei rf-1200. Sevice advice advice was a 5-* would of rated experience higher but store was in such disarray and my helmit was off shelf not in new unopened box. At min I should of received a discount and a helmit disinfect procedure."
