"I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to you and the great staff you have working for you at CycleGear. Despite the store being completely packed with customers that day, Philip spent a tremendous amount of time both explaining and further investigating the litany of questions I threw at him.
I was new to riding and wanted some useable gear for my 2018 Triumph Bonneville T120 Black. There were a lot of choices out in the field but for me maintaining the retro look of my bike was also a big part of the decision. Good competent employees that put an extra effort into things are hard to come by these days and I feel they deserve recognition. I settled up on a Shoei helmet and a pair of Street Ace boots. Philips time spent and positive go getter attitude is what ultimately lead me to come back you folks at CycleGear and make the purchase through him today. I intend to recommend your place to my friends and family in the future. Thanks CycleGear!

Warm Welcome to a Motorcycle Newcomer!
"After completing my MSF Basic RiderCourse and getting my motorcycle license, I figured it was time to invest in a helmet and jacket. Cycle Gear offers a 15% discount to those who completed the course (within 30 days after completion) so I decided to take the 45-minute trip out to their Hicksville location. Dylan (Associate 10812) and his co-worker were very welcoming and patient with me. They demonstrated how a good helmet should protect our heads and explained all the different styles and price ranges. After about an hour and a half, I ended on a lightweight and light-colored Sedici helmet and jacket combo that I can't wait to break in on my first bike. I'm still learning as I go, nice and slow, but am happy to have already found a shop I can stick with for a lifetime of riding. Safe travels, all!"
