"I have been here 2x. There is an older man who works there, and hates his job. I walked in, no one spoke to me. This man was moving around helmets, looked at me and kept shuffling helmets. 5 or so minutes he walked over and sighed. I told him what I needed, that I had called earlier and spoke to someone. He said well it wasn't me. A young guy in the back said I spoke to her, here's her items. He sighed again and I said if you don't want to wait on me don't! This has happened 2 x with him, both times I have been there. Sign on door said masks required but no one had on a mask. There is a young guy who usually takes excellent care of me. This older guy was so nasty. I drove an hour to shop there. Don't know if I'll be back.

Was very knowledgeable and let me know what thier experience was with some of the helmets I was looking at. Look foward to coming back for another purchase"

"Went in to check on a headset and tires. Jake was very helpful and patient, assisting with all of my questions. Stepping away so that he could assist other customers I noticed Wayne at the register and asked him about tires. I noticed on the screen where you could put in the make, model and year of the bike and Wayne unprofessionally stated, "they don't have it," he didn't know the tire size and couldn't look it up. I asked him to calm down and he walked away calling me an ****. Jake came to the desk to assist and was able to easily find the information that I needed with little to no effort. Wayne clearly is not suitable for customer service. I have purchased items at the store before but as long as he is here I will take my business elsewhere."

"I had to buy a helmet for my motorcycle training class. Had to try on many different size helmet to find the right size. Staff was very nice and showed me many different options for a helmets. Had a good experience at the Louisville KY store. I wish they had more inventory in helmet and gloves to fit bigger people. They are very limited."

"It's a bit of a ride for me to visit this fine establishment, but its always worth it. Each time I stroll in to pick up something I need, I quickly realize I didn't bring enough cash for all the things I want. My last visit, the gentleman helping me allowed me to take each AirHawk seat pad out to test the fit before my purchase. I just wish the magazine (wish list) would come in the mail as often as my bills.
