I like Cycle Gear, but don't waste your time at this location.
"Customer service can be challenging. The manager at this store will make sure you know in a passive aggressive way that he does not want to help you, and he does not believe anything you say. (If you're so loathsome of customer service, you need to find a different job.)
It's extra frustrating because I'm not a mean customer. I'm a nice person. We have many choices for shopping these days. This store has lost my business."
