"I ordered a helmet on line and they ran small, so went to our Tucson store and they were very helpful, not only exchanging it, but trying on several sizes and did a no charge exchange and simply put the original one received into their stock. Thank you!"

Helmet fix
"I was having trouble with the Bluetooth set up in my BUILT helmet. The good folks at CG got out a replacement and installed it for me on the spot. Now it’s working tip top. Always great customer service!"

Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
"Went to the store just window shopping and was greeted by a "Rider Appreciation Day" and discounts galore. Staff was friendly and able to answer all the questions I had about off-road riding gear. I managed to get out with a pair of gloves and some googles but will be headed back when I need more. Prices were comparable with online shopping which was a pleasant surprise."

was ok
"I show up bike in truck after driving from.bisbee ( 100 miles away) and get told I have to remove the tire. So if I could have been told that befor driving 100 miles I would have removed the tire with out ever loading up the bike I then get told they do not have any tools but a cresemt wrench so I iuse the wrench and the 2 tools of my.own got the tire off then replaced had to re assemble and then drive 100 miles with a crooked tire to Phoenix"
