I ordered from them on Walmart. After waiting for them to ship my item fort a week I contacted them by email and never got a response!!!

"We ordered a replacement battery from eTechTronics in July 2008 and the incorrect one was shipped. Over a 5 month period, we have returned (at our expense) the same incorrect battery twice and today (Dec 1, 2008) we again received the incorrect one. We had requested a refund, but they keep ignoring our request and send the same wrong battery yet again. Phone calls to their business number go to an answering machine and are not returned. This by far the worst company we have ever done business with and would not recommend them to anyone."

"Do not use this vendor, they never shipped the product and I am still fighting charges 5 months later. After 3 weeks with no contact from company after numerous attempts to contact them I had to call the credit card company for a refund. 2 months later this vendor re-charges my account without authorization and I am still fighting this 4 months later Do not order from this company"

"I ordered a replacement battery for my laptop from these people. When I installed it in my laptop it lasted a total of 5 minutes. E-mails were ignored but I was finally, after a month or so, able to get a replacement battery thru their web page contact. This one lasted a total of 20 minutes. Please do not do any business with this company. You will be sorry if you do."

"I ordered a 2 batteries from eTechTronics. I promptly received a UPS tracking number and a charge on my credit card. Over 2 weeks later UPS tracking says it has not shipped. No response from eTechTronics on multiple attempts to get an update on order. No phone number to call. Fraud site."
