"Absolutely amazing service; Order was placed and shipped on a Saturday priority service for $4!! Packaging was superb to say the least and instructions were provided in hard copy as well as documented on the website. I saw someone left bad scores for their pricing which is rediculous; the pricing is the lowest I've seen on any website and the kits are absolutely superb!
This is by far the best experience I've had with any online retailer and I look forward to doing business with them again!"

"Fast shipping, excellent product. I picked up a lapping kit and Arctic Clean for far less than what the sandpaper alone would of cost at a local store, shipping included. (Not to mention the uber-fine grits usually aren't available at most stores.)
As a nice added touch, they also threw in a free bag of zip-ties. :)"

"Quick shipping, perfect packaging, and provided many "extras" to justify the cost. Purchased the HSF Lapping Kit with Glass and it came with a sample of fine paper and twist-ties. Very prompt responses, and great customer service. Being a Canadian customer, I was worried about shipping, but it came right through USPS to CanPost, with no extra charges. "Somewhat new to lapping heatsinks and needed to pick up different variations of sand paper to start. Found EasyPCKits right away and not only did they have the perfect kits to start, but Dave threw in a few extras with my order (a dozen of so zip ties and a tube of arctic silver) which was great. Not only that, on the website and also included with the order, were perfect, concise and easy-to-follow instructions to obtain the perfectly lapped heatsink! Would definitely buy from again for all my lapped needs!"

"I purchased a regular heatsink kit and arctic silver 5, but the shipping charges got messed up. Instead of 1 dollar shipping it was 5 dollars. Mr. Brown upgraded my order to a premium kit, and included a rough kit, and some plastic zip ties as a gift. And then he still offered to refund the difference."
