"I purchased a set of over ear headphones about 9 months ago from EFL, based on reviews. I only spent a limited amount of time with them as I had 2 other sets as well as 2 sets of buds. But I noticed that, while the audio quality was very good, the volume was lacking. In order to reach the same volume level as my other headphones at 50%, these headphones had to be at 80%, or more. I put it on the backburner and thought it was something I might be doing wrong. But eventually I did a search online and discovered that a lot of other folks were having the same issue. I contacted EFL to see if I could exchange them for a pair of the Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones which I had been considering when I purchased the other set. It was only reasonable that they could not exchange given I'd had the headphones for many months. However, the folks at EFL offered me a pair of the XM5s for well below sale price, and I gladly accepted. They arrived a week later and I couldn't be happier. This is what good customer service is all about!"
