Yes, Humans do make mistakes.....But Resolution quick and painless.
"Excellent customer service, there was a typo on the tracking number so it had kept saying no information available, but once realized that there were too many numerals, were able to get the right number and viola there it was., showing me every step of the way till delivered Will, definitely purchase from Electronics for Less Canada again. Great Prices!!"

Best Price on the Net !
"Mason and company did well on getting me the best price , best shipping and a great product . Where they fumbled the ball was that they charged my credit card twice for the same purchase ! After contacting them at least 10 times ( by phone and email ) and contacting Visa , we FINALLY after only a short ( ????? ) 3 week " promising fiasco " , got the second charge credited back on to our credit card . They always answered my calls and messages and emails , but c'mon guys , really . It only took 5 minutes after I hung up the phone after placing the order to see the charge on my Visa online activity . Growing pains of a small business trying to get to be a large business can be challenging , but , it is in the details that separates the little guys from the big boys ! When the error is your fault , not the customers you should immediately correct it so customers can write 100% positive reviews for you . I would buy from Electronics For Less again as I do not believe that they intentionally charged my card twice as the problem was resolved and there was always communication with Mason . Visa did confirm that finally after 3 weeks , was a credit that was put back on my account to offset the second charge that was put on our card a few days after the original order was placed . Merry Christmas to all !"
