Frustrating
"Dealing with Electronics for Less has been very frustrating. I ordered a simply Sonos speaker stand and yet they have been unable to provide the product ordered, undamaged and in unopened packaging. They have sent two stands; the first was wrong and damaged and the second was very badly damaged in multiple ways and the box had clearly been opened. It looked as though they sent me what another customer had returned. The most frustrating aspect is the lack of communication and desire to help. Problems are ok if handled well. This has not been my experience. I have called and emailed with no response to any attempts for information or updates. At this moment in time the matter is still unresolved and have received no reply from Electronics for Less. Very disappointing on how horribly these issues have been handled."
