"We placed an order for a Sangean Wr-11 Radio on a Wednesday morning before 2 p.m. Company policy said if our order was placed by 2 p.m. it would be mailed that day. It arrived at our door on Thursday morning - now that is customer service with a plus. I wear two hearing aids and sound can be difficult at times. Music with an amphlier works and I can hear the music just fine. A portable radio is what we were looking for. This radio is delivers a fine sound - easy to operate and very handsome to look at - just what we were looking for. I would without hesitation recommend Electronics for Less Canada to anyone. Funky retro look
"Clean, stylish, no-nonsense look. Solid construction. Great sound. I bought this for my bedside table to replace an old clock-radio. The display lights are very bright and cannot be dimmed so not a good choice for a bedroom. Plus, afterwards I really missed the clock. Otherwise, this is a quality product."

Great online experience
"I purchased the SVS PB 1000 subwoofer from the Electronics for Less online store. I was sold by the fact that they offered the full SVS customer protection package. The product was in stock, shipped right away and arrived in the expected time slot within 2 days. The product packaging was great, everything expected was in the box in pristine shape. Set-up was easy. I initially used the Audessy automatic setup on my AV receiver and very little content was getting passed to the subwoofer. I reset everything manually according the SVS online suggestions and after a bit of experimentation stepped the crossover point a bit more. It now sounds great, allowing me to get rid of the muddy base that I never liked in my mains."

ticket then got closed out of no reason.
called in and realize the order hasn't been shipped even after a month.
CS promised to send me the detail after the call, but didn't.
product itself is good, well packaged, delivery part was professional. since it's also involved with the whole pruchasing service, i'm giving back one star for this."
