UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE and more
"Order 1/6/2018. I wanted a unit that was $1800 with warranty. They emailed I must call as they needed more information. I suspect this is a ploy to up my order and I played the game. So over $3000 later, my unit was delivered on 1/30/2018. In between the 2 dates, I was never given a date of delivery until I called. The trucking company in New York was less than nice. But okay, they are either New Yorkers Or New Jersey and I feel they may not be the warmest personalities to deal with. Unit delivered a day early, but almost 10:30 at night, but they did call and I okay'd it. They took it out of the box to plug it in to show power up. It did power up. They put back in box. It stayed in the box until Saturday morning. After putting the stand together and plugging it in, it has a cracked screen, not the exterior glass, but behind it. I sent and email on Saturday..they are not open. They did leave Vmail on Sunday and followed up with an email that they would contact me on Monday. Monday came and went. I called them on Tuesday. Got shuffled around. Lady said she never got the email with pictures, so I resent them while on the phone. She said she would call me back in 5 minutes and I have never heard since. I did attempt to reach her later and got shuffled around again and then landed on her vmail. Left message, now Wednesday mid day and no call. I bought the warranty. She attempted to tell me there is nothing that can be done, but that is when she said she will call back. Do not buy from them since they are unwilling to help much less even call back to let you know your options. Also, don't fall for the upselling. I may be out $3000 that I didn't want to spend to begin with. I have not called a TV repair man as of yet, so I will make sure what they told me they sold me is actually what I got. If that turns out to be something different.... I don't have a receipt and they never sent me my $300 2 yr warranty."
