"I found it very difficult to complete this order. I have ordered labels from your company three times before and had no problem. I’m concerned that one of the lines will be wrong and I could not edit it. When I called customer service, the woman was very nice but could not help me. She said to make a note in the box on the order page. I did that but have zero confidence it will be read. Then when I tried to create an account my password kept getting rejected Ted and I had to guess what was wrong with it. Not an easy process all the way around."

"When checking out you ask if I'm a member you don't give the option of a guest.
I entered my info twice yesterday and once today to place my order.
The password should not be required . I had to call your company to have
