Great mailbox, service not so much.
"Mailbox is great quality. However it arrived missing a few spacers that wouldn’t allow me to mount it to the pole and spreader. I reached out to customer service and the stated they would ship me replacements. I received an order for the replacement, but it still hasn’t shipped and no one can tell me when it will ship. You are spending good money to get this product, and the mailbox, pole, and spreader are nice. Customer service, not so much. I’m a bit disappointed."

Salsbury renegged on refund.
"I ordered the mailbox,
Victorian Mailbox - Surface Mounted - Beige
Model #: 4460BGE
About a month later, I received the mailbox.
It was too heavy for me to lift or remove from the container.
I tried to find a handyman to mount it.
When I did, the mailbox in the container was not the mailbox I ordered.
Your company finally admitted it was not what I ordered and agreed to a full refund.
I have yet to received a refund."
