"I purchased windows 11 only to find out that it could not be installed on my pc using Windows 10. I contacted customer service about the issue, and I received a refund for the purchase amount within a week. My only complain would be that I would have liked the incompatibility with Windows 10 emphasized more. I thought I had checked the information carefully, but will acknowledge that I also could have missed it."

"I inadvertently purchased a license for Office I didn't need. I didn't activate it and the customer service rep assured me they will refund the money when Microsoft verifies I didn't activate it. I then used their site to purchase a license for Project Professional and it arrived within 30 minutes, downloaded with ease, and activated seamlessly.

"This company understands what customer satisfaction is all about. I ordered Windows 10 Home Premium. It was out of stock. So microsoftsoftwares upgraded my order to Windows 10 Professional at no additional cost... without my even asking. Now that's customer focus in action. There are a lot of questionable providers of software license keys out there, but I had no problems with my Windows 10 license and install. It activated and came up Genuine. I am a happy customer."
