Terrible customer service and no replacement products
"On Dec 7, 2019 I rec’d an order from Nutriessential. I had ordered three of one expensive product to use over the next six months. Sadly the expiry date on the boxes was 12/19. ie. I was sent products with imminent expiry dates. I talked to John at Nutriessential who promised to send replacements. I never rec’d them, and could never reach the company again. I left at least five phone messages over ten days and sent several emails. Very unprofessional. For on line ordering, customers rely on the company to send products with decent expiry dates. Furthermore, we rely on the company to follow up and correct their errors."

"I ordered and paid for two tubes of cream and on that same day they told me in an email that they don't have any. So I emailed them back on the next day to say I want a refund. They asked me to buy something else three times, and three times I said no, please give me a refund. After 18 days of this, I called my bank, and got a refund/chargeback the next day."
