Customer service Less than a star
"I recently took my starter and alternator in to their kolby and golflinks location, in Tucson, AZ. And they refused to test my parts and told me because they are under staffed to put the parts back on the car and bring it in. If I could drive my car I wouldn't need those morons. I and plenty of mechanics I know have always takin our parts to be tested and they have always that I know of been correct about the part being bad or not. I guess it's time to switch to autozone."
