"Before I placed my order on a Nokia N80, I emailed them a couple of times to make sure they had it in stock and that it was brand new. It took a couple of hours for them to respond, which is slow compared to other dealers I've dealt with. I promptly received my tracking number and the phone arrived on time, but it looked like an opened item. (The box was not wrapped and it looked a bit beat up) But since nothing was damaged and everything in the box was functional, I decided to keep it rather than waiting another week or two to get another one. It's been a good 2 months since and the phone has worked fine. I just recently found that some accessories were missing, though. A wrist wrap and an audio adapter that supposedly came with the phone was not in the box. I wouldn't recommend dealing with these guys, they don't seem very reliable."
"Their online inventory check sucks, i called to ask why i havnt recieved a tracking number for my order and they then tell me that theres a "sticky" on my order saying they were gonna call me later today telling me that its out of stock so i canceled my order. i called them back later on to make sure it was cancled and to ask when thier website would be updated on my order status, i was told it would be done today for sure, as of now it still says paid and not cancled, i would not buy from them ever, if you must, call them first even if it says in stock."

"This was easy and not complicated to use. However, I was not expecting my phone to be the spanish version (complete with spanish pronged phone charger and spanish user's manuel). i do not speak spanish, and it might have been useful to know that that was what i was going to recieve ahead of time. I eventually figured out how to program the language into english as default, but initally, turning on the phonw was quite a shock.
I suggest that you let people know the nationality of the phone that they recieve.

"Check stock before you purchase from this store.
I wanted to purchase a Nokia 7260 and they say that it ships in 2-3 days. I order, PAY and then receive an email a day later telling me that my order has been cancelled!
Its one thing not to have the stock, but its another thing to let the customer think that they have inventory, place an order, wait for shipment etc before telling them its not in stock.
I would not even bother looking at this store again - its a waste of effort and time."
