Just because you buy... it doesn't mean they will deliver... horrible service...
"I am having a horrible experience with this company... I had ordered a smart bracelet ( the same one a friend had ordered) and a week later I had placed another order for other products. The second order arrived (damaged)within 3 weeks. but first order was missing. they give you a tracking number but it seems to be not accurate at all... both showed arrival in Canada but absolutely nothing after... even with the package that arrived it showed nothing past arrived in country of destination... When I had contacted Tiny deal to say order missing, they said to wait a couple weeks... It has been over 2 months since I have place the order and nothing... they said I should wait another month then contact them again... three months. I put a bad review on damaged product I had received and concerns with other missing order.. they delete all bad reviews which doesn't seem right... they haven't answered emails in a week... obviously there is a problem ... which I get, problems do happen... its not a perfect world... but how they deal with it speaks volumes... I would caution anyone considering doing business with this company... Just because you buy/pay for a product... it doesn't guarantee you will get it... please wait they say... three months... then what? How long will they tell me to wait then... My gut tells me I got ripped off... their service tells me they don't care...
Update.. may 23... they tell me another month... I asked if I would full refund they won't answer... I can order some place else on alibaba and get it faster... they really don't care at all... if you do business with this company you will feel my pain.... more sooner than later..."
