Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
They sent me the incorrect part and will not exchange it.
"Placed an order for a fuel line 23091-35030. I received a package with a fuel line in it and the package was labeled 23091-35030. The fuel line inside the package was not 23091-35030. Inside the package was what I think is 23091-35020. I reached out to them hoping to exchange the incorrect part and they told me it was not returnable. So now I am screwed. Also it takes a minimum of 24 hours for them to respond to an email. Horrible customer service."
"Have what I needed and would come back as needed. One issue, site only shows old part will work for my vehicle. The part I need replaces old part but site shows correct part won't fit when I know it does."
