"Well I have yet to receive my purchase and I did not get a shipping notification and have no idea if it has even shipped. There is no way to look it up on the site that I could find. Best price but will not buy from them in the future"

"Delivered an alternative software product instead of the one I ordered, without checking with me in advance. When I called to ask for the product I ordered, customer service was quite rude, especially the manager. They said they'll send a return label and refund my money. We'll see. I ordered from them several times in the past and always been very satisfied. Never again."
