"While I was greatly disappointed NOT to receive an actual program disk, I was able to get through to Microsoft and their technician was able to upload the program directly into my computer.
It is very different from Word 2003 in many ways, most obviously in it's non-separation of pages and it's difficulty in recalling a file from disk memory to make additions, corrections, deletions, etc.
Sometimes "progress" is not progress. I really think I would have been better off to go back to Word 2003 with my new computer, to "stick with the tried and true," so to speak.
To wit, if the company would be willing, I would gladly change word 2013 for word 2003 in a heartbeat!"
