"The product sat for three days from the time the shipping label was created, before it was picked up by USPS. I think that is a rediculous amount of time. I still have not received the product so I can not comment if it is as described or not."

"With powder hard or impossible to get these folks actually had stock on powder I could use for my loads. They were polite and efficient on the phone and the powder arrived as promised. Price was in line with current supplies and availability. Next time I need reloading supplies they will be my go to store."

"Just a little frustrated that going right to buying the downloaded software there wasn't an explanation of how the system worked. i hunted around, looked for an email confirmation and emailed you all the evening i ordered the software. i finally clicked on a different download and read about the two hour processing and next day processing for after hours purchases."
