This last time they sent the wrong link for the download, which was a bummer, and would normally warrant a lower score... but when I called to ask about it, I actually talked to a real live human being, who apologized and corrected it on the spot. The customer service, when I needed it was awesome!"

When I told the person who called me that I didn't see it on the website, she argued with me and I couldn't download the software I purchased for download for 21 hours after the purchase. This was AFTER I complained that I didn't know I was not going to be able to download immediately"
