"Delivered via email within a couple hours. However, I had just removed my old virus protection software and was kind of expecting immediate delivery. Couldn't go out on the internet until the email arrived and I installed the software. Installed and ran just fine. I just would have liked immediate delivery."

"Now they're top of my list when looking for software. There were two errors with my two orders, and Christopher on the phone made them right and more with a higher-level upgrade on one, so much so that I won't ask for my return shipping costs on the other. Time to reverse the adage:
