"You saved my bacon. I looked all over for replacement drives for my server as one drive was failing. Brad helped me by talking through the details on the drives, warranty and shipping options. Brad even pointed out that there was and equal drive for $50 less than the one I found on their site. I place my order at 2pm and the drives arrived by 9am the next morning. Job done - thanks."

"Very please with XByte. Found them from a google search looking for a hard drive for one of my Dell servers. Got a call offering me a larger Harddive for less money. Andrew Ripley went out of his way to offer the best product at the best price. Ordered Hard drives yesterday and the server is currently building the new drive on the raid as I type this.
