Great Deck Gate for my Porch
"I needed a gate for my porch. I ordered two different ones off of Amazon and they didn't last because they were so cheap and flimsy (made in China). So I found one from www.yourfencestore.com and installed it a few months ago. The gate is so much better, it weighs more plus it is made in the USA. The directions were easy to read and understand. I would buy from them again."

Perfect product for privacy
"I needed a solution to block my neighbors messy yard. I called several companies and they didn't seem to know what they were talking about. I called Your Fence Store and the lady help explain the different products. She helped me measure my chain link mesh so i could determine what slat would work with my fence. The slats came 4 days later. After my husband and I got them installed we were very pleased how they looked. I would buy from them again. After reading some of the bad reviews on this site I was determined to write a good one. It seems like only people with a bad experience or have something to complain about takes time to write reviews."

"REVISED V2: Your Fence Store came through for me. They contacted SAIS freight and indicated that all or any additional freight charges were to be redirected back to them. The driver explained this and happily unloaded it for me pallet and all. I will shop with Your Fence Store again.
REVISED: I DID finally get a call back from Your Fence Store. The rep indicated MAX charge for a lift gate was $35 and SAIA (the freight company) should rebill them i.e. Your Fence Store. The caveat now is that the driver will "toss" the product off of the truck! I will repost when the product is delivered to update this entire mess.
BUYER BEWARE! WEBSITE SAYS FRIEGHT IS INLCUDED! Only note otherwise is if slats (what I ordered) are taller than 8 feet (I ordered five feet.) TOTAL SHIPPING NOT INCLUDED on more than four boxes of fence slats ordered at one time. Small orders are shipped UPS very cool porch delivery no extra charge. Large orders shipped via freight carrier (i.e. SAIA Freight) and THEY charge for unloading, anywhere from $73.50 to $150. NO call back from YFS! No response from YFS! Shop elsewhere!"

"There was a message on their site that there MAY BE additional shipping charges for what I wanted. Because I saw this message, I called and asked for the additional charges before I ordered. I was told that because I was ordering several packages at once, there would be no more charges. I placed my order, and OF COURSE...they wanted to charge more than $70 more for shipping! When I called back about it, I was told that I must have done something wrong such as not stating the size of the product. I know that I did tell them because this was the reason that I called in the first place! Teresa insisted that when it comes to problems, they are always right and the customer is wrong. I could take it or leave it. Duh...I gave MY money to another company that was both friendlier, customer oriented and cheaper!!"

"Purchased 2 square baluster vinyl gate kits at $101.63 each, 2 gate stops $24.76, 2 sets of hinges at $57.78 each, 1 magna gate latch for $76.16 and 1 gate latch for $28.96. Total cost of order $423.94 for 2 gate set ups. Product is NOT easy to assemble. Corner pieces with cutout DO NOT FIT PROPERLY. Not enough space to fit inside top and bottom rail pieces. Had to use rubber mallet and a wedge. Took 2 people. Awful, awful for the price, very aggravating. Too costly and will never buy again."
