"Problem with this company is that they have many names under which they do business but their credit card processing is all under the same name of yourhaircool. Ordered shoes from buyshoes123.com on 12/27/2010 received an email from them informing me that they were out of stock and could I wait for a week. A week later I received an email stating that they were not able to get the shoes, and what would I like to do...I want a refund
They told me that they procesed the refund and if I could be patient. Ive been patient...so after 10 days and no refund I once again emailed them to ask when I was going to receive my refund, I was informed that it would be 1-3 month, then they asked me why I wanted my money back so fast! DUH! Never ever ever ever again no shoes, no refund detailed emails to follow.
