"I ordered this a while back, but just saw an informercial (love those btw) and it reminded me that I had never given my thoughts on it. I have read some mixed reviews online before, and I think there is some confusion on this product. It does exactly what it says it will do - cleans and freshens your hair while keeping the moisture in. I dont think it should be used daily, perhaps in rotation with a gentle shampoo/conditioner, but is always pretty good when I use it. In fact, tend to travel with it since it's more efficient than carrying 2 tiny/leakable bottles.

"I just completed a return to 6PM, and received my confirmation email tonight so wanted to report back on my experience. I think we all know what a hassle returning can be, but 6PM really made it seamless which says a lot about their order process. I loved the shorts I ordered, but they were too big (my fault for ordering up, should have gone with my gut). Anywys, could nothave been helped and they were great, super fast and easy. Will def order again.

"I ordered a purse online from the limited, it was super cute online but did not look at all in person what it looked like on the site for some reason. THe size was off, different color, even material looked different? Not sure, sending back though so hope the return process goes smoothly! Love the Limted otherwise..."

"Ordered a top on sale, looked WAY smaller online - in fact it was a medium which should have fit perfectly...it was too big and of course I could not exchange it as it was a "final sale." I could not dry and shrink it because it had bead embellishments on front :( Order process was ok, it took a litte while to receive the product but not too bad. Love J. Crew, just have better expierence in-store I would say."

"Well, bought a swimsuit online for the first time (risky) and it was somewhat of a success. Super cute. Also went for the high-waist buckle-back pencil skirt because I got one in black in the store and loved it. Cant go wrong.
Best part - I had a coupon that I totally forgot to use when I was ordering, so I emailed in AFTER I odered with teh barcode, etc and they credited the $25 savings back to my account. Now, that is customer service."

"Ordered from DermStore, they were on top of letting me know when my product shipped and it was on time. Overall happy with product but it looked kind of different in person (smaller, one of the beauty products ended up being a different color, etc). Good prices though, I'l take it!"

"Ordered some prints online, some 4x6 Printi in Matte with awesome white border, and some 5x7 Prints in Matte, also with white border. Altough a few were glossy that were supposed to be matte, overall I am darn pretty satisfied. You can beat a good quality picture, it is priceless."

"I am not a regular to HD, but I went onto the website to find my product and had no idea what I was doing...instantly I had someone start a chat asking if I needed help. It was awesome, they answered my questions and recommended certain drapes that fit my description. Impressed.
