"I am echoing the post of jeffhess. I ordered (order # 32206461) a Connect 3D 2GB secure digital card from buy.com that had a $50 rebate on January 30, 2007. I received the card...however, have not received the rebate. When I began checking on the rebate in April phones at rebate center still worked...now are disconnected, web site down, etc. Buy.com indicated they would assist (spoke with Mark at 8:22 pm on 6/20/07)..he said a case would be opened and I would receive an email confirming that...I have had no such email. I have used the email form on the buy.com site 3 times since then....only receive the automated reply - no follow up response. I am on hold with them right now....if they won't make good on rebate...who knows if any of their future rebates will be paid or not?"
