Very Disappointed
"Do NOT buy their wigs
The wig I purchased completely ruined my cruise experience. I paid $200 expecting a wig that looked like the pictures, but what I received was nothing close. It looks like a rag doll—thin, frizzy, and sheds like crazy. The blonde section is especially frizzy and dry, and the wig is nowhere near full like they advertise. I was counting on this for my vacation and ended up extremely disappointed. False advertising at its worst. Save your money and your peace—don’t fall for it like I did"

Bad customer service
"Be careful purchasing from them. I ordered from them and 3 weeks later my items still hadn’t arrived. I reached out to ask for a replacement or refund and they said the were unable to do that unless I waited another week. They then told me to reach out directly to the post office to see what the issue was. I didn’t order from the post office, I ordered from them and yet they did not offer to help, track down my package, refund my money or send a replacement. I still haven’t gotten anything from them"
