DO NOT RECOMMEND
"Unless you want to spend hours trouble shooting yourself do not buy. I have replaced two heating panels and the main power box. Basically rewired the entire thing. Worked for a couple of days and stopped working altogether. My Mpulse was close to 10k and it's a giant paperweight. I have spent hours with tech support and still does not work. Randy Brown, president, helped me get powerbox overnighted and then disappeared on me. Buy a Sauna from a local dealer so you can get it serviced. The Customer Service here is horrible."

Very happy with my first Alibaba purchase
"I recently found an item I wanted on Alibaba, with dozens of vendors offering something similar. The Alibaba platform make it easy to conduct research and reach out to each vendor with my questions. Responses from most companies came almost immediately, and I ended up making my first every Alibaba purchase with ease. The product took only 10 days to recieve, and quality of the product is excellent. Thank you Alibaba!"

Great product at a decent price
"Heaven was super helpful and very friendly. I had 150 school patches made with heat transfer adhesive and they came out spot on. The communication from Heaven, the pricing was all excellent. When I was told that the shipment would arrive after our deadline, Heaven couriered the patches at no extra cost to ensure they would be on time for our needs. Great customer service."
