Horrible experence in Baltimore.........BE CAREFUL
"Absolutely atrocious experience with SpotHero. I purchased a parking pass for the Sheraton Inner Harbor Lot at 110 W Conway St for March 8th, 2025, expecting a smooth process. Instead, we arrived to find the lot completely full. The owner informed us he double-books the lot and flat-out doesn’t honor SpotHero passes—told us to take it up with the company ourselves. We ended up missing our children’s event at the convention center because of this fiasco, turning what should’ve been a fun day into a nightmare. SpotHero’s customer service? Nonexistent. No response to our messages, no credit offer"

"I have a couple collection accounts that I wanted to get removed.. I was going through a divorce and lost track of certain bills/paper work. Also I have completed student loan rehabilitation on my six student loans that went into default. I have been making on time payments with the new provider but the old loans still remain as closed/transferred with the negative payment history on them. Shouldn’t they be deleted since the same loans are now with a new loan provider? It is essentially duplicated reporting them right?"

Timely delivery but product not as pictured
"The wood furniture I got for my AK74 in this order was pictured with a **** plate which it did not have. It also did not fit my gun even after I received it. Could not get advice from tech support to install it and in the end I broke the gun I put it on. $210 thrown away for nothing."
