"Had a very negative experience with Target customer service via online chat. I ordered 10 jars of pesto pasta sauce and one of them arrived broken, with sauce all over the place. Evelyn via Target online chat informed me that I have to return it to get a refund. How and why am I supposed to return a broken glass jar covered in greasy sauce which of course I immediately threw away? Then she suggested I talk to the shipping company but how is it a shipping company problem if my order was with Target and Target didn’t bother to sufficiently pack glass? There was no bubble wrap, no any kind of wrap. Jars were just thrown in a big box with some amount of brown paper around. Honestly, I am surprised that only one jar was broken. After that, Evelyn just left the chat without even asking if I needed anything else. My problem isn’t solved, and it’s not about money because the amount is negligible but just a very unpleasant and unhappy customer experience. I don't feel like buying anything from Target anymore."

Rip off
"I have contacted them several times about my order. That was supposed to be 3 to 10 days. It's been six days with no order update or response from this company. So i'm filing with the federal entities to try to get my money back. Scammers, stay away!!"

Whoops, it wasn't FedEx; it was UPS that screwed up my order
"UPS claims it can't deliver to a POBox, though it has and did last week. My area does not have home delivery so our mail goes to a POBox. UPS lost a package for five months, has delivered to our neighbors (six times), and now it returned my package. I did try to change delivery address, but UPS didn't allow me to do that. I would not have been happy about it, but I could have driven 30 miles to pick up the shipment from the center from which it is being returned to Target. I order a lot of things. Only the USPS is a reliable carrier in my area."
