Terrible cancellation policy
"Won't allow you to cancel once item has shipped. Very difficult to file a cancellation request in the first place, not a user friendly interface. Have been a loyal customer for years, very disappointing."

Ashford needs to focus on what they are sending
"Ashford sent me the Hamilton watch. Happy about it. However the purchase value they put was almost 15% more than what I paid. This is why I had to pay extra $42.88 fees to customs. I tried following up on why did they do that. They kept repeating what they did is right. They don't agree that they made a mistake and definitely this means there is no refunds of the fees. Very unhappy with this attitude of the customer care people."

Custom Enamel Lapel Pin
"ordered a custom enamel lapel pin and they made it sooooo easy for me. I uploaded a photo and within 24 hours I was contacted by Grace and received the proof. Grace was very responsive and let me know what the next steps were through email. I was receiving personalized service for a sure. Grace even asked me to let her know when the pins arrived. I received them in 10 days and ahead of schedule. I am more than pleased and highly recommend them."
