BEWARE!!! BloomsVilla is clearly a Fraud company
"It is clearly a Fraud company , They didnt deliver my order # BV24223488 and updated the status as delivered on their website
I tried calling the customer care number mentioned in their website but the phone number doesnt work .
I raised Incident 56822 and emailed to their customer care and asked for the proof of delivery , they didnt respond .
After asking for refund , they mentioned to provide gift card with the order value as compensation, but till date didnt receive the Gift card or refund
To further delay the process of refund , after few days they emailed a handwritten address in some ro"

Chaos
"They collected my shipment 6 days ago and till now they haven't sent it to destination. Everyday I'm getting a different excuse: one time they tell me the shipment has been cancelled, another time they say we'll check what's wrong and get back to you and they never get back. it's a complete chaos and totally unprofessional service."
