Bait and switch
"I ordered a “retail kit” Canon body and lens. They talked me into upgrading to an extra battery and added a longer warranty. When the package arrived the body seemed legit. Canon box. Real deal. But the lens was wrapped in a plastic bag, and a plain white box. Who knows where this lens came from. If it’s legit, it should have been in a Canon box with owners manual. I call BS. I’m contacting Abe’s tomorrow because I feel like I paid for an overseas cheap version. It’s a lot of money and I feel like it’s not right. Abe’s, feel free to contact me and make this right."

"I dropped into Abes via a question I placed in google about the Canon r5c. A link brought me to Abes and a President's Day sale. I was so pleasantly shocked and surprised at the price, I bought it immediately. It was less expensive than anything else I was finding, even with paying for 2-day shipping. I used to be a customer of Abes when they were "Honest Abes"!! Let's hope the honest part is still valid!! :)"
