Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
"I regret not reading reviews before placing my order. I ordered an item, and the company confirmed they have 12 'in stock' and ready to ship. However, my order was cancelled today. When I called/emailed to inquire, I was told that they cancelled my order because the item was out of stock. This is unacceptable. It seems this company takes orders for items they don't actually have and lacks inventory management. This place is a joke."
"I saw the negative reviews but the deal was too good to resist. For my order, the communication and speed of filling and shipping was great! They are one of the best for my total experience. The FFL holder took longer to "process" and contact me to pick up. I would order from them again in a heartbeat!"

"They have terrible customer service and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. My order was ready to ship 6 days after purchasing then 41 days later they canceled it. It went from processing to magically out of stock 1.5 months later. Very ironic that I purchased on Memorial Day with a great discount and now the price is $300 more. They were also unwilling to honor the discount now they they don't have the firearm I purchased. Save yourself the trouble and never deal with these online people...it's a real nightmare!"
"Changed the price of items in my cart. They were still advertised the lower price on their website. Contacted customer service, then escalated to Rina (supervisor) she would not honor the price or make any adjustments. Will never shop there again."
"I ordered a weapon and now, 8 days after the order, I have no confirmation regarding shipment, etc. Their website does not allow the selection of an FFL so you have to wait for them to email you a request and then have your dealer email them directly. I did that several days ago, and I still have had no communication other than the original automatic email that was issued after my order. Furthermore, when I have attempted to communicate with the company via telephone, I am left on hold and then the line disconnects. I highly recommend against using this company."
Complete crooks. Either fully incompetent or just pure dishonest.
"Mark something shipped, never ship. Cancels weeks later when I contacted BBB. Hope I get my refund. Its been so long they've had my money interest free. TOTAL BS. No phones, no messages online answered or emails. Contacted BBB, all of a sudden they Email me and say they will refund...someday. Till then, I remain ripped off, mislead and out of my money and no product. Such a scam they are running. Low low low people at Botach. THESE ARE THE WORST KIND PEOPLE ON THE EARTH!"
"Considering all the negative feedback, Botach must have stepped up their game. I have now received the 3rd order that I've placed with them (without incident). The orders were processed quickly, Labeled and Shipped out promptly and all arrived ahead of the UPS Scheduled Delivery Estimate. There has been no issue with any of the items in any of the orders. The most recent order was for mags that are fairly scarce now and yet Botach priced them easily 10.00 below what anybody else priced them for (in the best of times). Of course I can only speak for myself but in so doing I'll say that I am confident in Botach and will do future business with them."
This site has no reguard for their customers and is managed very poorly.
"I ordered a set of armor plates, everything in my cart was reported to be in stock. I could only get 1 side plate because that was all they had in stock. 3 days later side plates are back in stock so I place an order for another. 21 Days later and countless attempts to contact support, the latter order of 1 side plate has shipped and I am told that my previous order that included the same side plate is stalled because side plates are out of stock (the item that shipped already that was ordered later). I am now 24 days past my order date. My first order still has not shipped, their phone system has been shut down because they don't have anyone to answer it, and no one will respond to my inquiry's via the website. Don't waist time with botach.com I didn't realize it until looking at their reviews but apparently they have a long history of burning people with their poor inventory management and even poorer support."
"Put 10 mags in my cart then tried to continue shopping. Ended up getting 3 ruger mags and had to make 2 separate orders tried calling them but they apparently have no customer service representatives. I emailed them to see if they could put both orders together and didn't receive a reply for 24hrs. Then when I sent my reply I didn't get another response for 24hrs again. At this time they told me my 10 mags were out of stock to which I asked why they couldn't have told me that yesterday they said they didn't know yesterday. If this place is that big why can't they hire some people in customer service to answer a phone. I do not recommend this company at all."
"I ordered from them and they said it would ship in a few days. It became a few weeks, a few months and then was cancelled.
During this time, I saw the item I purchased on their website with stock levels between 12 and 165.
I contacted them and customer service said it was a mistake, it was on backorder.
They must sell items based upon what they have ordered, not what they have in stock.
Find someone else to order from."
"Worst customer service ever! Took an ammo order from me on 12/15 and just now sent me a message and canceled my order today saying they don't have it...I get it...there's a shortage...but don't take my order and then wait 2 weeks to tell me it's a no-go! I'll never palce another order with them"

"I have ordered from Botach a number of times over the past several years. Sadly, their service just gets worse and worse as time goes on. Most recently, I placed an order for two "in-stock" items. After 10 days they sent me a tracking number and "shipped" status. After 18 days they "cancelled" my order with no explanation! These items were to be GIFTS - which I had ordered in advance of time frame needed.. Now, 2.5 weeks later I have to scramble to purchase gifts from elsewhere - and likely no longer have time to get these replacement gifts in the time frame needed.
Thanks for NOTHING Botach!"
