BAD Customer Service!
"I ordered an item on eBay because they had "US FAST SHIPPING." It was shipped via DHL which does not ship from the US anymore. A month later, I still hadn't received it so I sent a message to eforcity. They said that since a month had passed (34 days) I was not eligible for a reshipment or a refund. It was now my problem. TERRIBLE customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM EFORCITY!!!!!"

BEWARE....DO NOT ORDER FROM eForCity
"#1 No contact number. Only email. #2 Deduct a 15% restocking fee. #3 Ordered a black phone cover & a white one but was sent a clear one Instead of white. They would not correct their mistake. #4. There was no invoice which they said was needed to return item. #5 They also will not refund if package has been opened. How are you supposed to know if it is usable without opening??? #6. They require product and order identification that is difficult to find #7. Order was placed on the Walmart Website which is a negative reflection on them too"

eForCity SCAMMING PEOPLE
"Purchased an item off of walmart.com and it clearly states on my account shipment delayed. I ordered this back in July and the status has never changed. I emailed them today to see what the hold up was and they emailed me back saying this was shipped out and since its over 30 days they cannot give me a refund. Clearly it was never shipped out on their end. I get the delays with COVID-19, but I feel this was not my fault and never received my shipment and they are still charging my card. I will NEVER order anything on walmart.com because of this company. They are truly scammers out to take people's money! Do not trust this company!"

EforCity have very poor consumer service
"I ordered batteries for my cordless phone and received ones that were wrong. They would not honor there return policy as outline in the Canada Best Buy Market place. Could not cancel the order after 15 minutes. I will not purchase anything from them even if it I have to pay 300% more from another supplier. Buyer beware."

Defective product - sketchy vendor
"I bought a “Mybat universal vent holder” for cell phone car hands free use through Walmart.com. Defective. Took me about 6 weeks to go back to a Walmart store, out of my way, with the item. I could not return it there because it was obviously a 3rd party seller #eforcity, although I had paid with a Walmart gift card. I was referred to Walmart.com and this 3rd party vendor #eforcity. The vendor’s “customer care” (ha!) rep told me I was past their 30 day from date of purchase policy and to have a nice day. I guess I will. This is a cheap plastic cellphone holder, can’t be assembled because of a screw with no threads. I would never buy anything from this vendor again, and I will also be very weary of shopping Walmart.com going forward. In the end Walmart said they will refund me, which should have happened when I first made the trip to return the faulty item. My bad."

"I ordered a replacement battery for my cell phone but chose the wrong model. Used their contact link to request a cancelation less than 1 hour after the order was placed. No reply to the cancelation request for 4 days then they reply was, sorry item in transit use our return policy to get refund. I never opened the item and returned it within the next three days. They have a 30day return policy. Now over a month later they email me to say they "just" received the item and it's now past the 30 days, pay to ship it back or they will "dispose" of it. Very poor customer service, not an honest seller, stay away."

Terrible so called store zero customer service
"Do not do business with this company! eFor City is a fly by night rip off. The 6 dollkar cord they sent me for my ZTE phone didn't fit. 1st they wanted me to jump through hoops sending numbers from cord and insisited that the invoice was not good enough. Next they told me to return it at my expence with a 15% restocking fee! This amounts to me paying twice for something I can't use. Do yourself a favor and order from a legit company. STAY AWAY!!! I have never been treated this poorly in my 58 yrs and I order online weekly. I would give a negative number if it were allowed. Better Busness Burea gives them a D minus. Website is bogus and so is all contact info. Walmart should drop because they lend credibility to the scam.,"

Broken item/Terrible service
"I purchased a headlight assembly from these people. The item was broken when I received it. They refuse to give me a postage paid return label so I can return it to get a refund. I wouldn't have to return the item if they had sent me one that wasn't broken. If it wasn't broken before they shipped it then they can get reimbursed by the carrier they shipped it through. I received the thing broken and they refused to make good on it, now I'm out $32.00. Not a big deal; but, when it will cost me $10-$15 to ship it back to them I will still be out $$$. I will NEVER deal with or recommend these crooks!"

Scammed
"The item I ordered arrived in a reasonable amount of time. When I opened the box, I found the charger I had ordered in pieces in 2 plastic bags. There was no original packaging, no box as you'd see on the shelves in a store, nothing printed on the bag to say what the item was, no printed material indicating the name of the manufacturer, guarantee, etc. As far as I was concerned, this item had been previously sold and returned. When I complained I I was told it was the item I'd order and that was that. If I wanted a refund, I'd need to pay for shipping and restocking. To get any satisfaction I had to escalate to Best Buy, and only then was I offered any sort of recompense. They gave me half of the selling price back. I accepted because better than paying the other fees and have nothing to show for it. Total Scam!"

"I bought this charger. In a month, the charger would work occasionally. Around two months, it stopped working all together. I reached out to the company being two months out for an exchange not expecting any money back. I was advised of the 30 day return policy. I knew I could not get a refund, but this product was no good. At least I expected a replacement for the defective item. I emailed a second time. I received a business response of no. Do not purchase items from this company. They make money by selling products that last just beyond the 30 day return policy. The customer will be at a lost because of worthless products. Do not purchase from this company. You will be throwing your money away. If they cared about customers they would make an effort to at least change their defective products. Or sell better quality products."
