"Not happy at all. I bought 4 colors of HP Premium Compatible Black Toner Cartridges figuring I'd use them as each color ran out in my home HP Laser printer. The yellow worked fine. Now as I tried putting the magenta in, I found out that the cartridge was defective and would not fit into the space for it. Customer service basically said that the warranty was only for 4 months and that was it. A $49.00 loss because of their defective product. I now hope the other two cartridges (black & cyan) fit when I run out of those colors. This is the first time I have ever written a review."

"Ordered 4 of the new 8 pin lightning cables for the I phone 5 on Jan 2 2013. It took 10 weeks to get them. Three of the cables were bad out of the box. I called Shop4Tech 1-***-***-****. They said they would ship new one out of a better batch. The cables Never came I have tried to return the defective cables. They keep transferring me to voice mail and will not return my call. This company is a scam. They ship junk form china that does not work. I will never do business with a company like this again"

"I've used Shop4Tech.com before without problems, but this time the Kodak 10B & 10c non-OEM cartriges spewed out ink all over my hands and desk on pulling the sealing tab. Shop4Tech would not pay for return shipping! "Not our policy" per "customer service" rep. I won't use Shop4Tech again or recommend them to my IT students."

"I've ordered from this place probably 20 times over the years, but the last order I placed was it. I've had it with them. The simple fact is that there is no consistency with products. I order the same thing over and over. Black premium cases and DVD blanks. Almost ever order I get, the product is different than the last. I could somewhat deal with that. But my purchase of Taiyo Yuden DVDs this time was a totally different brand altogether. I was burning 50 discs. On the 3rd burn, it failed. Continued on, and then the 5th failed. These things are junk and not what I paid for."

"I have to say I'm really disappointed with SHOP4TECH and the way this situation has been handled. First sending me a defective item then saying you'll send me another one that I should receive in 3-4 weeks then more than 8+ weeks later after I contacted you saying I still have not received anything you then tell me you're going to refund me my money in 2-4 days.......bad business and poor customer service!"

"I'm writing my review here because shop4tech.com filters its reviews before posting. I ordered the Kindle Fire case which was 1/2 inch too small. To return it I must pay the return shipping fee as well as a 15% restocking fee. When one orders a Kindle Fire case for a Kindle Fire, one would expect it to fit."

"I chose this selleer over others because of free shipping and bulk discount. I've noticed several problems. My order confirmation email informed me I could track the status of my order daily but that ain't so. The order inquiry page doesn't even have a field for date shipped. No email advising me of shipment after 10 days, but the credit card was billed at the time of order. A phone call within posted operating hours got me someone in India who just transfered me to a recorder. The online inquiry form asks for too much redundant info that is available with the order number. Beware of Shop4Tech."

"I ordered a pair of "sport" headphones. Garbage! DOA. The headphones were cheaply made, certainly different than the picture online (no led indicators or symbol etchings--the picture was misleading ), buttons were unlabeled and couldn't tell Power button from the rest. Worse, DOA and never charged with the supplied USB cord. NO instruction manual, China-made piece of junk. Couldn't even RMA (30-day restriction) because the product was shipped from an overseas source which took over a month to arrive!! RMA with restocking fee and return shipping wasn't worth the trouble anyway. here is something i found at their website which i thought was really funny. >>The customer is solely responsible for any shipping costs incurred to returning a product to shop4tech. We know that if an item is received by a customer as defective, that is not the customers fault, however, that situation is very rare, and we believe that by offering such a wide array of products at exceptional prices, our customers will realize, that in the unfortunate event a defective item is received, paying for shipping the defective item back to us is not unreasonable. Our return policy doesn't differ much from that of a major retailer such as Wal-Mart. If a customer purchases an item at Wal-Mart and later finds it to be defective, Wal-Mart will not credit you should you ship the package back to them. Nor will they reimburse you for your time and gas should you drive the package back.>> Bozos! With Walmart you can actually return an online purchase at your local store!!"

"NEVER BUY FROM THAT COMPANY!!! I purchased ink from that company in May 2012 since mine was getting low. I didn't need to replace my ink until July. The black ink leaked right away but then seems OK. However, each time I want to print in color I have to do a deep cleaning first. The ink is now half empty and I wasted a lot of paper. Plus, I'm concerned that this has damaged my print heads. I requested a refund and was denied due to their 30 days policy. This is ink for crying out loud, you buy it ahead of time. I could have requested an exchange but I'm pretty sure the same thing would happen, since all three color cartridge are defective, and I'm not willing to further damage my printer. Also, I would have to waste my time and effort returning that crap and it seem that I might have had to pay for shipping and restocking fee. They sell defective products and want the customer to be bothered with the process."

"I have been shopping at shop4tech for several years and have made approx 10 purchases with them. I have never had a problem and their fast shipping is superb. It doesn't hurt that I live in Southern Calif and that is where they're located. It just surprises me that they're able to get an order ready and shipped so fast. My last order was placed on 6/19/12 and received on 6/21/12. You can't beat that. I'm familiar with their customer service. My previous order just before my last one there was an error. There was a coupon code where there was a discount and no sales tax for Calif residents. I had a deadline to get my order in before the special ended. I placed the order and I was charged sales tax. It was on a Sunday night and I couldn't contact anyone. So, there was a remarks section at the end of my order screen. I explained about being charged the sales tax. I received an email on the following Monday (the next day) with an apology and notification of a credit for the tax. That's good service."
